By scheduling an energy healing or psychic add-on session with Catherine Glassman, you acknowledge that although she is a licensed medical professional, you are not seeking her services for medical treatment or advice. The products and services offered by www.catherineglassman.com, including but not limited to, Reiki, Meditation, Crystal/Gemstone therapy, Spiritual Guidance, Oracle and Tarot card readings, do not replace medical care from a medical professional, nor do they replace legal advice from a legal professional. Psychic add-on’s are for entertainment purposes only. The products and services offered do not replace psychiatric care, nor can they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent an illness. Catherine Glassman is not liable for any decisions made by you, the client, following a session concerning your health and/or your life in general. Everything discussed during the session is to be kept completely confidential by both parties. There are no refunds on any services or products purchased from this site. No shows will be charged full price and late shows time will be reduced accordantly. Cancellations and/or rescheduling must be requested via email no later than 24-hours prior. Must be 18+ years of older to receive a reiki or spiritual guidance.
Intellectual property rights
This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by the “website.” Unless otherwise stated, www.CatherineGlassman.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights published on this Site and materials used on www.CatherineGlassman.com including all text, images and logo.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will “website” be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, etc) however caused. These limitations of liability apply even if www.CatherineGlassman.com has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by laws of Las Vegas, NV, United States.
Changes and amendments
